 Mr. Phillips has been engaged by several

licensed commodity brokers under consulting agreements to help them fulfill contracts for the purchase and sale of numerous commodities including, but not limited to, various grades of crude oil, diesel fuel and jet fuel.  In addition, he has been asked to aid

with the current COVID19 crisis with PPE products such as N95 Niosh approved protective masks, testing kits and other protective items including sprays and suits. Again he is working as a consultant to fully licensed importers registered with US Customs and Immigration and all items are from CDC approved companies and are FDA/Niosh certified.
